AU (About Uncirculated) – wear marks on the high points.
XF/EF (Extremely Fine) – slight wear on the high points.
VF (Very Fine) – light to moderate wear, all main features sharp.
F (Fine) – moderate to heavy but uniform abrasion, the whole design is clear and prominent.
VG (Very Good) – a lot of wear, the design is clean but flat and lacks details.
G (Good) – heavy wear, the design and lettering are visible but faded in various spots.
AG (About Good) – the design is clear in outline, parts of the date and the inscription are completely worn.
Fair (Fair) – only the type of currency can be identified.
